Laddoo...
I would like to share some discovery about laddoo since few of you do not know about it.
So,here we go ;)
Laddoo is originated from India and rules the roost when it comes to indians preference for sweets.
Laddoo first came to be useful as medicine.
Its said that these laddoos were given to teenage girls to keep their raging hormones under check.
Later, an accidental discovery by a Ved (medicine man) to cover up the extra ghee poured in mix turned them into small roundels that we called as laddoos today.
These ghee-licious laddoos made of gram flour, ghee and milk.
Gram Flour:
-Choose good quality flour to avoid bitter taste.
Ghee:
-Use pure ghee to have the aromatic factor.
Fresh milk:
-Use fresh milk (cow milk) or GoodDay fresh milk.
